Ricardo was born in Merida, Mexico in 2003. He started dance at the age of 15 with urban dance styles. From a young age, he was inspired by his culture and surrounded by dance, music and arts. He completed his course at the Conservatorio de Danza de Yucatán and in June 2024, he received his Bachelor of Contemporary Dance course at the Zurich University of the Arts. He has performed at the Holland Dance Festival, TanzArt Ost festival and the Tanzplatformm Bern and has worked with choreographers like Nadav Zelner, Giovanni Insaudo and Ravid Abarbanel. In the spring of 2024 Ricardo joined the ICK Ensemble.
