Talent Hub

Over seven Wednesday evenings, you’ll work with choreographer Sedrig Verwoert to discover how movement, the senses and imagination merge into your own artistic language—without judgement, guided only by curiosity.

Talent Hub is a creative development programme for young makers and (amateur) dancers aged 15 to 25 who are curious about dance, performance and choreography. Across seven Wednesday evening sessions, you’ll explore with Sedrig Verwoert how movement, sensory perception and imagination come together to shape a unique artistic voice. The programme is designed for young people with some experience of movement or dance, but professional dance training is not required.

The programme is built around the Sensorium Toolkit, a methodology inspired by the artistic vision of Emio Greco and Pieter C. Scholten. You’ll work with sound, scent, imagery, texture and physical exercises. There are no right or wrong answers—experimentation, curiosity and creativity are at the heart of the process. The programme concludes with a sharing on Friday 20 November at 7.00 pm.

Dates: Wednesdays, 7, 14, 21 and 28 October, and 4, 11 and 18 November
Time: 7.00–10.00 pm
Programme: Each evening begins with a 60-minute warm-up as part of the open Double Skin / Double Mind classes, followed by the Talent Hub workshop.
