Talent Hub is a creative development program for young makers and (amateur) dancers aged 15 and up who are curious about dance, performance, and choreography. Over a series of seven Wednesday evenings, you will explore, together with choreographer Sedrig Verwoert, how movement, senses, and imagination come together in your own artistic language. This workshop series is intended for young people who are already familiar with movement or dance, but professional dance experience is not required.

The starting point is the Sensorium Toolkit – a method inspired by the artistic vision of Emio Greco and Pieter C. Scholten. You work with sound, scent, image, texture, and physical assignments. Anything goes, nothing is mandatory: experimentation, curiosity, and creativity are central. The trajectory concludes with a presentation on Friday, November 20, at 7:00 PM.

Dates: The Wednesdays 7, 14, 21 and 28 October and 4, 11 and 18 November. On Friday 20 November there is a public presentation with an audience.
Time: 7:00 – 10:00 PM
Program: Wednesday evenings start with a 60-minute warm-up as part of the open classes of Double Skin / Double Mind, followed by the workshop.
Location: ICK Dans Amsterdam / Space for Dance Art, Rijnlandlaan 3, Amsterdam
